Amanda is a Singapore-based expert in international arbitration in the Asia Pacific region and has significant experience in both commercial and investment treaty arbitration and cross-border litigation.
Marjolein is the Head of Enforcement – Asia for litigation funder Omni Bridgeway. She is responsible for the strategic assessment and management of cross-border litigation, arbitration, and enforcement activities with a focus on South-East Asia.
